Summary
Overview
“One million children…”
One of the methods that will be contributing to the one million children vision is a committed shift in our organizational structure from a centralized to a decentralized organizational structure with the objective to raise up indigenous self-sustaining leadership. During this next season of our ministry, bringing life sustaining water through borehole wells to hundreds of village church plants equips each pastor, their family and adopted children to become selfsufficient to minister to and service their community.
We thank the Lord for you and for choosing to unite with us internationally for those whom the Father loves. You are joining hands with our Iris family during an exciting and critical point & time where we will be invested, together, to bring the incarnate love of Jesus across the African continent.Vision
Fulfilling the Great Commission by living out the Greatest Commandment, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind…Love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37-39), together laying down our lives to stop for the one.
Our vision is that each Iris pastor and his/her congregation will become entirely self-sustaining so that they may be able to make their faith their own and whereby increasing the number of indigenous leadership.Mission
Love looks like accessible, reliable, clean water and means life to an African out in the bush.
Our mission is to drill a borehole well for each village pastor who will be trained and equipped to stewart it as a means of sustainability to the church, children’s center and his own family.
